Media review
Approve Wikimedia / owner-site candidates, paste a replacement URL, reject with a short comment, or Request new proposal (note only — no URL). Approve → status=approved + matej_approved. Replace URL → updates candidate only (stays proposed until Approve). Reject / Request new → stays proposed with required notes for Registrar’s next brief (not status=rejected). Empty / no-logo slots (e.g. PH Properties) may Collapse to name-only like approved — Expand for Replace or Request new. Each click is saved on Cloudflare (review key required) and published on the next build; a copy stays in this browser and Export decisions JSON is the fallback. Proposed images are not shown on public pages until sync.

Oregon buyer (club-unnamed-oregon-buyer) is skipped and not listed. Approve → status=approved + matej_approved. Replace URL → updates candidate only, stays proposed until Approve. Reject / Request new proposal → stays proposed with required note for Registrar (not status=rejected; no URL needed for Request new). Empty / no-logo slots may Collapse to name-only like approved. Public pages stay blank until sync. Club logo previews (and public ClubLogo) render as black silhouettes on a white plate via CSS brightness(0); blank/missing slots use black name text on white. TransferClubsStrip is logo-only when an approved mark exists (no name beside). Player photos show image-only with no tinted plate behind the crop.
